Embossed characters' laser detection device for rail web's drilling areas

This device enables non-contact, rapid, and automatic detection of the character positions in the drilling areas on both sides of the rail waist, clearly marking them. It also rapidly and automatically detects the geometric parameters of the drilled holes during the drilling process and enables simultaneous data upload.
This device improves production efficiency, detection accuracy, and processing quality, while also enhancing worker safety, reducing labor intensity, and reducing reliance on manual labor.

•  Compressed air: < 0.6 MPa;
